These terms cover your use of madcursor.com and every Mad Cursor product, including Sendora. Mad Cursor ("we", "us") provides them. By buying or using a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license

• A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the number of computers your plan covers ("seats"), for the term you paid for (usually one year).
• Your license ID and activation secret are personal. Don't share or resell them. We may revoke licenses that are shared, resold or used on more computers than you paid for.
• When the term ends, the product stops working until you renew. Renewing adds a year to your current expiry date.
• You may not reverse engineer the software, get around its licensing, or redistribute it, except where the law allows.

2. Acceptable use (Sendora)

• Sendora is for personal broadcasts to people who already know you and expect to hear from you. Don't use it for unsolicited marketing, bought or scraped lists, spam, harassment, fraud or anything illegal.
• You are responsible for following WhatsApp's and Telegram's terms, and all applicable laws, including India's DPDP Act 2023, TRAI regulations and anti-spam rules where you send.
• We may revoke a license without refund if we see clear evidence of abuse.

3. Account risk

Sendora automates your own WhatsApp or Telegram account. Those services don't officially allow this, and they may limit, suspend or ban accounts at their own discretion. Sendora includes safeguards, but we can't guarantee your account won't be restricted, and we aren't liable if it is. Use the software responsibly, follow those services' rules, and keep your own backups.

4. Updates and support

An active license includes updates and email support. WhatsApp and Telegram change without notice, so a feature may occasionally stop working until we release a fix. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the product working, but we can't promise uninterrupted operation.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow our refund policy. When a refund is issued, the license is revoked.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, data or business.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gudur, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.

8. Seller details and grievances

This website and its products are sold by the seller named below. For any complaint or grievance about a purchase, your data, or content on this site, contact our Grievance Officer, who will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it as required by law.
