This policy explains what Mad Cursor ("we") collects through madcursor.com and our products, and why. In short, we collect only what we need to sell and license our software. The data fiduciary is Kuvvakula Harish Babu (Sole proprietorship, trading as Mad Cursor); full contact details are at the end of this policy.

What stays on your computer

Sendora runs on your computer. Your contacts, messages, attachments, WhatsApp/Telegram sessions, settings and send history are stored locally and are never uploaded to Mad Cursor.

To actually deliver your messages, the app connects directly to WhatsApp and Telegram from your machine, so the messages you send and the recipients you send them to are transmitted to those services (not to us) under their own privacy policies. On Telegram specifically, reaching a recipient whose number isn't already in your address book requires briefly importing that number to your Telegram account; the app removes it again straight after, on a best-effort basis, so in rare cases a number may remain in your Telegram contacts.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, mobile number, what you bought and the payment reference. Razorpay processes the payment itself. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• License checks: the app sends your license ID, activation secret, a one-way machine fingerprint (a hash, not your hardware serial), your computer's name, a timestamp and a random nonce. We store the fingerprint, computer name, IP address and time of each check so we can enforce seat limits and spot shared licenses.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.
• Server logs: standard web logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type), kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use it to deliver and manage your license, send receipts and renewal reminders, give support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The website sets only one essential session cookie, used for forms and checkout.

Who we share it with

We share data only with Razorpay (payments), our email provider (to send receipts and license emails) and our hosting provider. We also share it with authorities when the law requires.

Our website serves its fonts and other assets from our own server. It does not embed third-party fonts, analytics, advertising or social-media trackers, so browsing the site does not share your visit with any outside service beyond our hosting provider.

Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years in India). We keep license and activation records while your license exists and for up to 12 months after it ends. We delete contact messages after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we're legally required to keep. You can also withdraw consent to optional emails at any time. Write to hello@madcursor.com, and we'll respond within 30 days.
