Refunds

Sendora is paid software, delivered instantly as a license the moment your payment succeeds. There is no free trial, demo or sample version. Because the product is delivered and usable straight away, our refund window is short and applies only to a license you have not yet used.

• Within 48 hours of purchase, before you activate: if Sendora won't activate or run on your computer, email hello@madcursor.com with your order number (MC-…) and you'll get a full refund. We'd love to know what went wrong, but we won't put you through a long process.
• Once the license is activated or used to send even one message, the sale is final. We can't refund a license that has already been used to send.
• After 48 hours, we don't refund, except where the law requires it or where we couldn't deliver the license.
• We don't refund licenses revoked for breaking our Terms, such as spam or sharing a license.
• If your WhatsApp or Telegram account gets restricted, that alone doesn't qualify for a refund. Please read the risk section of the Terms before buying.

Renewals

The same 48-hour window applies to a renewal: you can get a refund within 48 hours of renewing, as long as you haven't used the renewed period.

How refunds are paid

We approve eligible refunds within 2 working days and send them back to your original payment method through Razorpay. The money usually reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Once we issue a refund, the license is revoked.

Cancellation

Licenses don't renew automatically, so there's no subscription to cancel. If you don't want to continue, simply don't renew. If you were charged twice or by mistake, email us and we'll refund the duplicate in full — that's not affected by the window above.

Failed or pending payments

If money was debited but you didn't get a license, don't pay again. Email us your order number, and we'll either issue the license or confirm the automatic reversal, which banks usually complete within 5–7 working days.
