Send personal broadcasts on WhatsApp & Telegram — the right way.

This guide walks you from installing Sendora to sending your first message to your own contacts, one by one, at a human pace. About 10 minutes for first-time setup.

Before you start

Have these ready — it makes setup smooth.

Google Chrome

Installed on your computer. Sendora uses it to run WhatsApp and to send video. (Not needed for Telegram-only use.)

An account

A WhatsApp number to link by QR, and/or a Telegram account. For Telegram you also get a free api_id / api_hash from my.telegram.org.

Your licence

A License ID and activation secret — emailed to you after purchase on madcursor.com.

Your contacts

A list of people who already expect to hear from you — a spreadsheet (CSV), a text file, or a phone contact export (.vcf).

One golden rule: Sendora is for messaging people who know you and expect your message. That single habit is what keeps your account safe and your sending legal.

Set up & send, step by step

Follow these in order. You only do steps 1–3 once.

1

Install & activate

Open the Sendora installer for your system and launch the app. On first run it asks for your membership.

  • Paste your License ID and activation secret from your purchase email, then click Activate.
  • One activation is used per computer. A Team plan covers more computers — just activate on each.

macOS First launch: right-click the app → Open. Windows If SmartScreen appears: More info → Run anyway.

2

Pick your language

Use the language menu in the top bar — English, हिन्दी, తెలుగు, العربية or Português. The app remembers your choice.

3

Connect WhatsApp and / or Telegram

WhatsApp: click Connect, then on your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device and scan the QR code shown in Sendora.

  • Add up to 10 numbers with + Add account and switch between them from the Account menu — no re-scanning.

Telegram: paste your api_id and api_hash, enter your phone number, then the login code Telegram sends you (and your 2-step password if you set one).

Your contacts and chats stay on your computer — they're never uploaded to Mad Cursor. Messages go straight from your own account to WhatsApp or Telegram.
4

Load your contacts

Choose one of three ways:

  • Upload a CSV, TXT or vCard (.vcf) file.
  • Paste rows copied straight from a spreadsheet.
  • Import from WhatsApp/Telegram — your saved contacts, or people you've chatted with recently (only those whose number is visible).

Set a default country (e.g. 91 or IN) so numbers without a country code are read correctly. Invalid numbers are shown as “rejects”, never sent silently.

5

Write your message

Type your message and make it personal:

  • {{name}} or {{firstname}} inserts each person's name.
  • Any extra spreadsheet column becomes a variable too — e.g. {{city}}, {{company}}.
  • {{name|Friend}} gives a fallback when a name is missing.
  • {Hi|Hello|Hey} randomly varies the wording so no two messages look identical.

The live preview shows real examples and flags mistakes before you send. You can also attach an image, video or document (it becomes the caption).

6

Set your pace & safety

Pick a preset and adjust if needed:

  • Brand-new / cautious — start here on a fresh number (~30/day).
  • Warmed upEstablished — move up over 2–3 weeks as the number settles.
  • Set a daily cap, quiet hours, and resend-after (0 = never message someone twice).

Sendora spaces messages out with random delays, batch pauses and a typing indicator — like a real person, not a blast.

7

Send, schedule & get your report

Click Send to start now, or Schedule a time. You can Pause, Resume or Stop at any moment; already-sent people are skipped if you run it again.

  • When it finishes, export the results as a CSV, an HTML report or a PDF report (summary, delivery rate, and per-contact status).
8

Inbox & auto-replies (optional)

While Sendora is open and connected, replies land in the Inbox (you can filter to “replies to my campaigns”).

  • Turn on auto-replies with simple keyword rules, and an optional welcome message for new people.
  • Built-in guard-rails: one reply per person per cooldown, an hourly cap, and a natural delay — so it never looks robotic.

Stay in the safe zone

Automating a personal account isn't officially permitted by these services, and no tool can promise you won't be restricted. These habits keep you responsible and lower the risk.

Only message people who know you

Messaging people who don't expect you — who then block or report you — is the main cause of bans. Never use bought or scraped lists, and get consent.

Start slow, increase gradually

Begin with the cautious preset and raise your daily count gradually over a few weeks.

Personalise each message

Write for the person, not a mass blast. Use {{name}} and {a|b|c} so each message is genuinely different.

Mind the platforms' limits

Keep the number online while sending, and don't switch network or country mid-send. On Telegram, if you see PEER_FLOOD, stop for a day or two.

Get consent. Only message people who agreed to hear from you, and honour “stop/unsubscribe” requests. You are responsible for following WhatsApp's and Telegram's rules and your local laws.

Contact file formats

All of these work. A header row lets Sendora auto-detect columns; every extra column becomes a {{variable}}.

# CSV with header (number/phone/mobile, name, message auto-detected)
number,name,company,city
+919812345678,Ravi,Acme,Delhi
14085551234,John,Globex,NYC → use {{company}} {{city}} in your message

# CSV without header → first column = number, second = name
919812345678,Ravi

# TXT, one per line (names optional; many shapes work)
+919812345678
Ravi Kumar <+919812345678>
John - 14085551234

# vCard (.vcf) — iPhone / Android / Gmail export
BEGIN:VCARD
FN:Ravi Kumar
TEL;TYPE=CELL:+919812345678
END:VCARD
